My suggestion is buy a high quality cart cover and use it for years and years and it will treat you well. Like anything you buy you get what you pay for.
In my opinion Classic Accessories makes a high quality gofl cart cover, from the super clear and thick pvc windows to the quality zippers. And the super duty polyester walls are lined with some kind of rubber-like coating so they are very flexible and keep you very dry.
When anyone rides with me the first time and we use the cover they are very impressed at the quality , design and engineering of this Classic Accessories golf cart cover, as i was when i opened the box to install it. Oh, and that went very well also, very good instructions to follow and a simple job.
You will never regret buying a cart enclosure, if it is a good one it will last for years and if you just use it a few times a year it could last you the rest of your life. My Classic Accessories cover was a very good purchase and although i use it for 60 to 80 rounds a year. I have had it one season and it still looks and works like new
