Taylormade Rescue Hybrids
Taylormade Rescue Hybrids are a very high technology golf club. The hybrid club has been around for a very short time but as you golfers that have tried them or own them know they are the greatest thing since sliced bread.
The Hybrid is a great addition to any bodies golf bag. They are designed for long shots out of the rough, and they are very good at it. A very good combination of a fairway wood and an iron.
The Taylormade Rescue clubs have very light club heads with a low center of gravity to dig out the ball in thick long grass. But these Rescue hybrid golf clubs are very forgiving on off center shots so the golf ball has a high straight trajectory despite or lack of skills.
Taylormade golf clubs has improved the Rescue Hybrid constantly since the first one hit the market so that they can always stay ahead of the competition on this hot new golf club design.
Golf gps units have come a long way very fast. Remember when they first came out and were not legal for competition play. Thankfully the USGA saw the light and made them legal, after all it just leveled the playing field so the average golfer could have a caddie also.
The first gps units were hard to operate, had bad graphics, were not very accurate and only told you how far to the green. But now these golf GPS units have gotten hugely better in all areas. The graphics are life like, you have measurements to and over the bunkers and the ponds. And you can access the information before the group behind you hits into you.
These are a great addition to the golf equipment you already have and can lower that handicap score just by keeping you out of trouble, and save some of your golf balls from swimming.
Come back later for more GPS units 101 and the rest of the story.
Calloway UPro GPS units
The advent of golf GPS systems has changed golfing at an unknown golf course and makes it easier to golf on the courses you kind of know. Calloway golf has introduced a very good gps that tells you, i think, everything you need to know about the golf course you are playing.
The Calloway UPro series gps units are amazing in there technology. These will tell you the distance to anywhere and over any hazards on the course. The distances are superimposed on the imagery and it is updated as you move. You can view the target area and the distance left to the green so you can decide what to do.
If you are taking two shots to the green you can move the location of the first target and the distance to the green will change. That way if you are better at hitting the green from 80 to 100 yards then you can easily adjust your first shot so it all works out. Simply amazing isn’t it?
If this piece of golf equipment does not lower your handicap then you are not utilizing it correctly. A Calloway UPro GPS unit is a good investment in your golf game, give it a try.
Golf Gps units, mandatory golf equipment
Wouldn’t it be great to be on a golf course you have never played and be able to know the exact yardage to anywhere on the course from where you are? These golf gps units are working toward that end very fast. The accuracy is getting better with every new unit. the technology has improved vastly since the first generation golf gps.
I remember when the gps for golf was still illegal to use in competition. But that has changed everything now that the units can be used unlimited. It is about time the average golfer has the advantage of the knowledge of a caddie like the professionals get.
It is great to play a new course like you have already been there. Even if you play somewhere 10 times in the last 3 years you are going to land your golf balls where they have never been before. With golf gps mapping and new technology you know how far that bunker is, how far the green is, how far is it to the woods on the other side of the dog leg.
Golf in November with a Calloway Tour ix golf ball
I know this is Calloway golf balls top of the line so i expected it to feel like hitting a brick like the Titleist Pro V in the cold weather. Surprise, Surprise, off of the tee box, first hit it felt like an eighty degree day golf ball strike and flew very well. Of coarse it rolled good but part of that was because the ground is hard as a rock almost so there is nothing to stop it, all day i had super long drives.
That is a very good advantage to golfing in the cold, hard ground, it give you an extra 30 yards on your drives. But on the other end you have to figure that in when approaching the green because that surface is cold and hard also. But it did not matter when i hit my Taylormade 3 wood from 205out, usually a stretch, and it rolled up 8 feet short of the blue flag and right on line. Dam i am good!! Yea right, just lucky once in a while.
The afternoon was good fun but i was amazed at the performance of the Calloway Tour ix golf balls in this temperature. Usually i use a Precept laddie or other golf balls made for slower swing speeds, ladies golf balls, so they still feel soft.
I have to write this down so i do not forget, buy a big box of Calloway tour ix golf balls and see what they do in the spring because i am definitely impressed with there performance now.
Titlelist Golf Clubs helps to know wedges 101
Titleist Vokey Wedges has helpful hints and articles posted around in magazines and blogs and ECT. To help golfers understand the terminology and purpose of the bounce and loft uses of the wedge golf clubs. The golf club companies incorporate sole width, the sole camber and the grind of the sole to determine the bounce angle of a given wedge. The key to a good short game is to determine a bounce angle and loft for your individual wedges. That includes taking into account your type of swing when hitting each of the individual golf clubs and the type of conditions you usually play.
Titleist golf clubs also indicat that equally important is that you select your wedges, three or four, so that the gaps between them is manageable. This is so us golfers always have the right club in our golf bags for the situation we have gotten ourselves into. And there is no limit to the predicament us golfers can get ourselves into, amen.

Calloway golf Balls Ladies Solaire White or Pink
Calloway Golf Balls has a very good ball designed for the ladies. But just because this ball is designed for the ladies slower swing speed does not mean it is for ladies only. I will tell you what, these softer feel Solaire golf balls work great when you live in northern Wisconsin and you are playing golf in temperatures under 60 degrees. That soft feel goes a long ways and are much easier to control than the high compression expensive golf balls that all feel like bricks when hit at 50 degrees outside.
The Calloway Solaire Golf Balls perform admirably with the resilent soft core and provides increased distance and carry. With the lower compression core you get that soft feel off of the golf club face that gives you the confidence we all need.
