 Taylormade r7 CGB MAX Irons have a high strength steel club face that is large and thin so that it promotes high COR to increase the distance the golf ball goes with increased ball speed. And with the extra large club face the MAX Irons, along with the tungsten weights have the ability to increase the MOI which in turn provides maximum forgiveness on off center hits and stability.
